Resolution adopting the Initial Study / Mitigated Negative Declaration with included Mitigation Monitoring Program for the Fleming Meadows Serpentine Roadway Project, and Approval of Fleming Meadows Serpentine Roadway Project– Action Item

Board will consider a Resolution to adopt the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to Section 21000 et seq. of the California Public Resources Code (CEQA) which includes a Mitigation Monitoring Program, consider approval of the project and direction to the Recreation Director to develop, implement, and operate the Project.

Water is not directly diverted from Don Pedro Lake to the City and County of San Francisco. The City and County of San Francisco’s partnership in the construction of the current Don Pedro Dam benefits them through the relief from upstream flood control responsibilities and greater flexibility in its upstream water operations.
